Evaluation criteria for Shared Lives contracts typically focus on your matching methodology, your carer recruitment and retention approach, your support to Shared Lives carers, your safeguarding infrastructure, and your outcomes data across current placements. The evidence needs to be specific to the Shared Lives model — not adapted from a residential or supported living framework.
