Pre-Submission Review

An independent forensic review of your draft submission before the deadline. Our bid writing consultants read every method statement against the published evaluation criteria, mark each answer line-by-line against the marking guide, and return a redlined draft with prioritised rewrites. The review names the criteria you are at risk of failing and the evidence you need to add to lift each score band.

The output is a scored gap analysis covering structure, evidence, named staff, quantified outcomes, and policy citations. A second pass after rewrite is included where the deadline permits.

Mobilisation Support

Practical hands-on support during the ninety days after award. We project-manage TUPE, staffing, systems go-live, and KPI reporting to the contract specification you bid on. Tender Retainer

An ongoing monthly engagement covering pipeline tracking, two pre-submission reviews per month, and priority access to the bid writing team.
