North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England - Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (the Relevant Authorities), who are undertaking a competition to commission area based Urgent Dental Treatment Service (AUDT) for the areas of West Yorkshire and Humber and North Yorkshire with the following lots: • Lot 1: Hull and East Riding • Lot 2: York and Selby • Lot 3: Yorkshire Coast • Lot 4: Hambleton, Richmond, Harrogate and Craven • Lot 5: Leeds • Lot 6: Bradford • Lot 7: Wakefield • Lot 8: Calderdale • Lot 9: Kirklees Contract Start Date: 01 April 2027 Contract End Date: 31 March 2034 The contract term is for an initial period of 5 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Regulations 2024 (Procurement Act 2023) and/ or Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract term is for an initial period of 5 years commencing on 01 April 2027, with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
